Exercise

I've been commuting to work almost exclusively by bike for two years now and I've notice a few things along the way. One thing is that you almost never see fat people on bikes:
Luckily not somthing you see every day.

In this case thats a very good thing. In general I think this illustrates a very good point. Either fat people don't ride bikes, or they do and they just don't stay fat. I'm not an expert nor have I done any studies to back up my claims so don't take my advice. But, I say if your fat and don't want to be, get a bike! Then commit to riding it regularly. If you don't slim down after a while then your doing it wrong.
